Book Blogger Appreciation Week 2009-Meme PLUS Nomination

I got nominated! Yay! Can you imagine how I felt when I received the nomination e mail?Being over-the-top emotional I was ecstatic,phoned my friends and even my Mom all the way in the Seychelles.YES BTW my friends and family think I am crazy..

Thank you to the precious people who nominated me.You have no idea how thankful I am.I don't even need to win,the nomination has made me so happy.(Please also note that I am the one who screams so much when I win a $10 lottery that people actually gather around me at the shop counter thinking I won the BIG one!)

I joined up with the last Blogiesta too late and now a bit late for the BBAW.You know the person you see running after the long departed train or bus.Well... that's me.But rather late than never.I really want to do EVERYTHING there is to do in this year's BBAW.
I never took part in last year's BBAW (which was the first one) so as a newbie in 2009 I am taking part in this BBAW meme by answering the following questions:

1)What has been one of the highlights of blogging for you?
The friends,the friends and more friends that I have made online,all amazing people.Cyberspace is a friendly world if you are a blogger!!!

2) What blogger has helped you out with your blog by answering questions, linking to you, or inspiring you?
There are so many to mention.Now I know how Oscar winners feel with choosing people to mention in 20 seconds so then definitely,Suzanne at Chick With Books for all the help,the great information available on her blog and her amazing husband who is so techno savvy.Because of her I found out about the Kindle and got myself one and now no longer have to wait 10 days to get my books.

3) What one question do you have about BBAW that someone who participated last year could answer
Where can I find the link which shows last year's(2008) winners?
